Impact and Mission Trips 2027
Don't Just See the World.
Change It.
Most people visit Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands to see what is rare in nature. We invite you to see what is precious in humanity.
At With You International, we believe that the most beautiful part of Ecuador isn’t just its landscapes—it’s the resilient people who call them home. For over 15 years, we have hosted churches, professionals, youth groups and schools on mission trips that move beyond traditional "voluntourism" into long-term, sustainable impact.

In 2027, we are opening exclusive dates for our Galápagos Mission and Medical Service Teams. Will you join us?
Ecuador Missions:
Church, School, and Professional
If your heart is called to the vibrant culture of the Andes or the bustling energy of the Coast, our mainland missions in Quito and Guayaquil offer high-impact opportunities.

-
Medical & Dental Missions: Join our Health Project at Camp Emmanuel. With over 1,000 consultations provided last year, we provide the infrastructure; you provide the expertise.
-
Construction Teams: Whether building playgrounds in Cumbijín or providing a home for a deserving family, your group can provide the labor and funding for critical infrastructure.
-
Impoverished Community Growth: Create opportunities for lasting community growth in the underserved communities of Ecuador. By partnering with local leaders, your team can help support education, medical outreach, housing projects, children’s programs, job training, and spiritual encouragement. Beyond meeting immediate needs, these trips help strengthen families, empower local communities, and build relationships that bring hope and long-term impact.
-
Orphan Care: provide encouragement, spiritual support, and care for vulnerable children and their care-givers. Teams can assist with educational activities, facility improvements, mentorship, recreational programs, and daily operational needs while building meaningful relationships with the children and staff. These trips help create environments where children feel valued, supported, and hopeful for the future.
"This wasn't just a trip; it was a shift in perspective. Seeing the islands through the eyes of the families we served made the beauty of the Galápagos feel ten times deeper."

The Galápagos Legacy
-
The Galápagos Islands are a bucket-list destination, but beyond the unique wildlife and turquoise waters lies a community with significant needs. Our Mission and Volunteer Teams are designed for those who want the "Enchanted Isles" experience paired with deep-level service.
-
Special Needs School: Spend your time at the local school for children with disabilities—the only resource of its kind in the region. Whether you are an educator, a therapist, or simply have a heart to serve, your presence provides the individual attention these students crave.
-
Professional Skill-Sharing: Are you a doctor, dentist, or business leader? The islands lack specialized care. Your team can provide clinics and workshops that are life-changing for island families.
-
The Best of the Isles: Your afternoons are for wonder. Swim with sea lions, explore the volcanic tunnels, and visit the Giant Tortoises, knowing you’ve left a legacy behind for the people of this unforgettable location.
